How To Raise A Support Ticket

If you ever need help or want to report a problem, you can raise a support ticket directly through the Host Hero AI Support Portal. Our team will receive your message instantly and respond as quickly as possible.

⚙️ How to Raise a Support Ticket

Step 1 – Click “Raise Ticket” in the Top Menu

At the top of every Support page, you’ll find a menu link called “Raise Ticket.”

Clicking this link will take you to the Host Hero AI ticket form.

Step 2 – Complete the Ticket Form

Fill out the short form with:

  • Your name and email address (so we can reply, if you are already a customer please use the same email)

  • The subject of your question (for example, “Billing issue” or “AI not loading”)

  • A short message describing your issue or request

If possible, include screenshots or details that will help us solve your issue faster.

Step 3 – Submit Your Ticket

Click Submit to send your message. You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email once your ticket is received, and one of our team members will reply as soon as possible.

💡Pro Tip

If you already have an open ticket, you can simply reply to the confirmation email instead of submitting a new one. This keeps all communication together in one thread for faster follow-up.
