Billing & Subscription

Access and manage your subscription by opening Account Settings → Subscription at the top of the screen. From here you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, update your payment method, or download your invoices located at the bottom of the page.

To cancel your account, raise a ticket titled Cancel Account through the Support Portal. Cancellations take effect from your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for part-paid periods.

If you need an invoice, raise a support ticket with the subject title Invoice. Include your account email, and we’ll send the invoice to you promptly by return. If you purchased your subscription through the Apple store, you should contact Apple for an invoice.
